 Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations. We also offer shipping to Africa, Asia and the Middle East. 

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our warehouse. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, the shipping charge will be added to your account for future purchases online.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

We do not accept returns at the moment due to the nature of the products available online presently.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Unfortunately not at this time.
